7 Tips for FIFA 21

You will improve your skills with seven tips:

1. Possession is key

The speed of movement and walking of players is not as important as in previous editions, and the most important thing is to establish a dog game and keep the ball as long as possible. Keep the ball in your possession, shift the centre of gravity of the game towards the middle of the field and do not often try to create a chance with deep balls.

2. Finishing time is still important

This detail was introduced in the previous edition of the game. The thin rectangle above the player's head that has the ball turns green at the ideal moment for a shot. There is a huge probability that the ball will end up in the net just then. Every other situation brings shots outside the box. The same goes for blows to the head. Whether the ball flies towards Van Dyck or Leo Messi prepares to send it with his head into the net, the shot must be sent at the right time.

3. Explore with different formations

Finding the ideal form can be a crucial factor in winning. If the schedule of players on the field does not suit your style of play, you will find it difficult to establish a fluid dog game. Whether you are a fan of a 4-4-2 formation or want a total offensive, each setting gives results only if it suits the selected players and your favourite style of play.

4. The centre shot on the ground is half a goal

Low balls coming from the wings create the most serious chances for a goal. High centre shots and head play in FIFA 20 bring less promising opportunities. Sharp balls that pass through the penalty area and behind the back of a defensive player are fatal to the opponent.

5. Practice free kicks

Free kicks in FIFA 20 bring several interesting options. You can choose a direct shot to the goal, send a lot of high balls that fall on the way to the goal. Don't expect to guess right away, but over time, your skills will get better.

6. When you receive the ball, do not sprint

Many players want to use the speed of the attacker in relation to the opponent's stopper, but due to the sprint, great opportunities fail. When you receive the ball, immediately remove your finger from the fast running button. Play a short pass, save possession and wait for one of the attacking players to "open up".

Even when you play with the big stars of world football, don't expect your opposing players to bow in front of them. In a situation when a player without a guard moves with the ball towards the goalkeeper, a sprint is an ideal option for escaping from the stopper.

7. Additionally change the usual formation

While choosing the perfect formation is key, fine modifications can certainly help you be even better. You can even change the player's approach to the game - from ultra-defensive to the total offensive. There is a possibility to adjust the details regarding the distance between the team lines and the number of attackers who are waiting for a cross-shot in the opponent's penalty area.

The team can automatically change the formation depending on the desired style of play so that you have the appropriate tactics at every moment of the game.
